Your tickets are non-transferable, non-changeable non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Once issued, airlines do not allow passengers to assign tickets to other people or change names on tickets.
We will issue convenient electronic tickets whenever possible
Your tickets are not eligible for frequent flyer miles and are not eligible for upgrades or for use with vouchers.
For security, all reservations must be made in the exact name of the person traveling. The name on the ticket must match your government-issued photo ID - nicknames cannot be used.
Seat assignments will be made at the airport on the day of departure. For advance seat assignments, please contact your airline directly.
Currently, we do not take request within 3 days to departure. By default we assume that your travel date could be any day between 6th day to 8th day from the request date. If these dates are not convenient please choose your travel date range. For round trip we assume that your return date could be 11th day from the request date. If the defaults dates are not convenient to you, choose a date range that suits your travel plan.
We assume that you are ready to fly at any time. If not, you can choose a time range in which you are ready to fly. You will not be able to select specific time. In exchange for this flexibility of your flight times, the airlines allow us to pass significant savings on to you.
You have absolute freedom to choose airlines in which you would like to travel or not. We would recommend you to choose all airlines and by providing this flexibility will allows us to search more available flights and gives you the best chance of getting tickets at your price.
We can understand your difficulties in determining the right price which you can quote. We are providing a fare intelligence tool which will help you to determine the right price which you can quote. Be reasonable, and enter your best price. The more realistic your offer is, the more you increase your chances of getting a ticket.
We accept credit cards of Visa and Master with India billing address at this time. If you are not resident in India, but do have a credit card with India billing address then you can purchase an airline ticket on our site. We do not accept card issued outside India for making your request.
Your tickets must be charged to the same credit card. You cannot split payments between multiple cards or change credit card information once you submit your request.
Do I have to give my credit card details at the time of submission of my request?
You are not required to provide your credit card details at the time of submission of request. If we find tickets at your price, you will be asked to provide payment details. Only upon the payment your exact flight, airline, travel date and flight timing will be disclosed.
Don't worry -- your credit card and personal information is safe! Your trust and confidence is our highest priority - that's why we use Secure Socket Layer Technology to protect your personal and credit card information so it cannot be read in transit over the Internet.
After submission of your request instantly we will send your request to airlines for an evaluation. Within few seconds you will get a response whether your request has been accepted by an airline. Upon making the payment, your exact flight, airline, travel date and flight timing will be disclosed. Your e-ticket will be sent to your email id within 48 hours.
You'll usually know within 24 hrs or less if your request is accepted. If your request is not accepted after 24 hrs, you will be under no further obligation. If Airline accepts your request we will send SMS and request you to make the payment within 12 hrs. Alternatively you can view the status through “My Booking” section of our home page.
When my requested fare is not accepted the first time how do I request again?
Changing one of the parameters of your request increases the chances of getting accepted. Increasing your price is always a good idea; however, you also need to change one of the criteria such as:
The travel dates;
Agree to fly at any time;
Agree to fly any airline;
Remember, the key to getting a great deal is your flexibility! If you do not have the flexibility to change something other than price, wait at least 24 hours and submit a brand new request. Limiting customers to one original request within a 24 hour period encourages realistic offers that have the best chance of getting accepted.
Electronic or "paperless" tickets are reservations stored in the airline's computer system. It's our preferred ticketing method because with no fear of losing your ticket, it's the most hassle-free way to travel.
Go directly to the check-in counter of the airline and show copy of your e-ticket with your valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, Voter's ID, etc.). After verification, check-in counter staff will issue your boarding passes.

We are unable to add passengers to an existing request. If you would like to purchase tickets for additional travelers not included in your original request, we suggest you submit a new request. Please note, we cannot guarantee placement of additional travelers on any particular itinerary, airline, or flight. If the additional passenger must be on a particular flight, we suggest you contact airline directly to purchase a ticket.
Tickets cannot be transferred to another individual. The name entered in the passenger name field when you make your request is the name that will appear in the airline's reservation system.
If a ticket has the traveler's maiden name on it, or the names on the ticket are reversed (last name first, first name last), If the names are reversed, you may just need to bring a valid government-issued ID.

What if I made a mistake or my itinerary doesn't meet my needs?

If you submit request for round trip and not to take the outbound portion of your flight, the airlines will consider you a "no show" and will automatically cancel the remainder of your reservation. That means your return tickets will not be honored, and we will be unable to issue a refund for the unused portion of your trip.
Can I get a refund if I can't take all or part of my trip?

Can I make a request for someone other than myself?
Ofcourse! You can make request, regardless of whether or not you are traveling with the passengers.
You must enter each passenger's name exactly as it appears on his or her valid government-issued photo ID. If the name that appears in the airline's reservation system does not match the passenger's identification, the airline may not allow the passenger to board.
Can I make a request if I am not a resident in India?
We require that your request be made using a credit card with India billing address at this time. If you are not resident in India, but do have a credit card with India billing address then you can submit your request on our site. We do not accept card issued outside India at the time of submitting your request.
Can I place a reservation on hold before I purchase a ticket?
Currently we do not accept request for business class tickets. You will fly only on economy class. Please also note that economy class tickets issued on your request are not eligible for upgrades or for use with vouchers.
Can I get special fares for senior citizen, child, or group travel?
Airlines do not offer special fares for senior citizen, child, or group travel under the request model. At the moment we do not accept request for infant. We recommend that after you get ticket confirmation from us you contact directly the airlines for infant booking.
We understand that some travelers will have special needs such as oxygen tanks, wheelchairs, service animals, special meals or baggage handling. Since each airline has different requirements for these requests, please contact the airline directly. Special requests may require airline approval and be subject to an additional charge payable directly to the airline.
We do not have control over an airline's ability to fulfill customer's special needs and can not guarantee that such requests will be met by the airline.
